Joint-Management Industrial Estate by Asia Clean Industrial Estate Co., Ltd. (ACIE) and Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT)

WHO WE ARE

Asia Clean Chonburi Industrial Estate – EEC Promoted Zone, is the Joint-Management Industrial Estate by Asia Clean Industrial Estate Co., Ltd. (ACIE) and the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT). 

 

The current industrial estate project developed by ACIE is Asia Clean Chonburi Industrial Estate 1, with strategic location in Chonburi Thailand, covering an area of approximately 1,294 rai (~207 hectares), allocated into the General Industrial Zone (GIZ) 75% of the total area, Utilities Area 15% of the total area, and Green Area 10% of the total area.

 

Asia Clean Chonburi Industrial Estate has been designated as the EEC Promoted Zone by the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) Committee since October 2021, factories within Asia Clean Chonburi Industrial Estate shall benefit from BOI/EEC’s incentives for corporate income tax exemption up to 15 years, and foreign investors shall have right to own land and operate business with 100% foreign shareholding.

 

Asia Clean Chonburi Industrial Estate is designed according to the IEAT’s Eco Industrial Estate Standards for Infrastructures and Utilities, and to be a strategic manufacturing and digital base for the targeted industries, especially, the First S-Curve and New S-Curve sectors, such as Next Generation Automotive, Intelligent Electronics, Digital & AI, Data Center, Robotics, Automation, and Advanced Robotics.
