Asia Clean Industrial Estate Co., Ltd. (ACIE) for the Joint-development of Asia Clean Industrial Estate Chonburi Project.

Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT) and Asia Clean Industrial Estate Co., Ltd. (ACIE) is developing the new Eco-Industrial Estate in EEC.

The new Eco-Industrial Estate Project: “Asia Clean Industrial Estate Chonburi” is located in Ban Bueng district of Chonburi Province, covering an area of 1294.43 rais (207.10 hectares). A total area of 978.49 rais (156.55 hectares) is allocated for industrial zone, while 315.94 rais (50.55 hectares) or approximately 25% of the industrial estate lands have been allocated for infrastructure and green area.

Asia Clean Industrial Estate Chonburi is 56.8 km from Laem Chabang Port and 100 km from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi International Airport.

Asia Clean Industrial Estate Chonburi’s land plots will be ready for sales to both foreign and Thai companies. Construction for factories and warehouses can be started immediately from November 2021.

Asia Clean Industrial Estate Chonburi is expected to bring in 40 billion THB investment and create 8,000 jobs in the field of BOI Promoted Industries: Automotive Industry, Electronic Vehicle Industry, Food Industry, Alternative Energy Industry, Machinery Industry, Biotechnology, Medical Devices or Pants Industry, Electronic and Electrical Appliances Industry.
