Withdrawing consent

Use the footer control labelled “ตั้งค่าคุกกี้” to reopen preferences. Rejecting or withdrawing Analytics updates Google Consent Mode to denied, stops new GA4 events, and removes `_ga` and `_ga_*` cookies for the current domain and applicable parent domains.
